摘要
对北京地区某三级医院2012~2014年各类教育培训工作开展情况进行回顾性总结并进行分析,提出在此项工作中存在的问题,为今后教育培训工作的改进提供可靠的依据。
This article is to retrospectively summarize and analysis the all kinds of education and training in one tertiary comprehensive hospital located in Beijing from 2012 to2014 and find out the existing problems. It will provide the reliable basis for improvement in the future.
