住院医师规范化培训模式的探讨与效果评价

Discussion and Effect Evaluation of Standardized Training Mode for Resident Doctors

目的分析住院医师规范化培训模式及对其效果评价。方法引入柯氏四级评价方法,通过文献法开展问卷调查,开展住院医师规范化培训模式前后住院医师培训满意度、患者满意度以及培训学员知识掌握情况。结果开展住院医师规范化培训后,医师对住院医师规范化培训满意度提高,P<0.05,培训学员考试成绩得到显著提高,P<0.001,患者对医疗服务满意度提高,P<0.05,住院医师规范化培训行为得到改善。结论开展住院医师规范化培训能够提高培训人员知识掌握情况,提高医师对培训满意度和患者对医疗服务满意度。

Objective To evaluate the effect of training mode and standard hospital physicians. Methods Residency training satisfaction, patient satisfaction and knowledge level of trainees were analyzed before and after the resident standardization training mode was carried out, Keshi four evaluation methods, and literature and expert approach was adopted. Results Carry out standardized training after residency, training student test scores were significantly increased, P0.001,physician resident standardization training satisfaction were significantly increased, P〈0.05, patient satisfaction with medical services were significantly increased, P〈0.05, standardized training of resident physicians were significantly improved behavior. Conclusion The standardized training of resident doctors can improve the training staff knowledge, improve the satisfaction degree of doctors to training satisfaction and patients to medical service satisfaction.
