心尖肥厚性心肌病的超声心动图及心电图特征分析

The Value and Analysis of Ultrasonic Beckoning Diagram and Electrocardiogram on the Apical Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy

目的探讨心尖肥厚性心肌病的超声心动图及心电图特征,探讨两者对于心尖肥厚性心肌病的诊断价值。方法对28例确诊心尖肥厚型心肌病患者进的常规心电图和超声心动图结果进行分析并和28例正常组对照,并对异常结果进行相关性分析。结果肥厚性心肌病组各例心电图均有明显异常,主要表现为胸前导联巨大倒置的T波伴ST段改变和左室高电压;各例超声心动图均有明显心尖部肥厚,相关性分析表明心尖心肌厚度与R波最大波幅、左室后壁厚度与R波最大波幅正相关。心尖心肌厚度与ST段压低深度、心尖心肌厚度与T波倒置深度与负相关。结论心尖肥厚性心肌病患者的超声心动图和心电图均有不同程度的异常表现,并具有相关性。两者结合可以提高心尖肥厚型心肌病的诊断率及检出率。

Objective To analyze the value of the ultrasonic beckoning diagram and electrocardiogram on the apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy（AHCM） and explore the correlation of ultrasonic beckoning diagram andelectrocardiogram to provide basis for improving the diagnosis of AHCM. Methods 28 patients with ACHM were taken as the observation group and 28 cases with healthy volunteers as control group, who accepted the diagnosis of ECG and trasonic beckoning diagram to explore the relationship between the two diagnosis methods. Results The results showed that ultrasound Beckoning and ECG had a certain abnormality. Pearson correlation analysis showed that the maximum R wave amplitude had positive correlation with left ventricular and apical myocardial thickness. Apical myocardial thickness had negative correlation with ST segment depression depth and T wave inversion depth. Conclusion The diagnoses of ECG and ultrasonic beckoning diagram on AHCM have showed certain abnormalities and the abnormalities have relevance.
