不支持体细胞突变理论的实验现象回顾研究

A Review Research of Experimental Phenomena Which Does Not Support the Somatic Mutation Theory

体细胞突变理论作为人们普遍认可的肿瘤发生机制已有近半个世纪的历史,随着研究的不断深入,人们逐渐发现一些实验结果并不能用其解释。本文就几个主要的体细胞突变理论不能解释的现象作一简要讨论。

The somatic mutation theory has become the tumorigenesis mechanism which accepted by most people for nearly half a century. With the progress of study, we have gradually found some results which could not explained by the somatic mutation theory. This article makes a brief discussion of some important results that could not be explained by the somatic mutation theory.
