后腹腔镜手术治疗泌尿外科上尿路疾病的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Retroperitoneal Laparoscopic Surgery for Treatment of Urinary Tract Diseases in Department of Urology

目的对后腹腔镜手术在泌尿外科上尿路疾病治疗中的临床应用效果进行探讨。方法本组共有68例泌尿外科上尿路疾病患者,按就诊前后顺序分成甲组与乙组,且分别予以后腹腔镜手术、传统手术,然后对2组患者的治疗情况加以观察。结果甲组患者的手术时间、术中输血量、胃肠道恢复时间、拔出引流管时间以及住院时间等均优于乙组患者,差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05);甲组患者的有效率、并发症发生率等均优于乙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对泌尿外科上尿路疾病患者予以后腹腔镜手术治疗,效果确切。

Objective The clinical effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of urinary tract diseases in the department of urology is discussed. Methods This group of a total of 68 cases of urinary surgery in patients with urinary tract diseases, according to the treatment before and after the order into group A and group B were given after laparoscopic surgery and conventional surgery and treatment of two groups of patients observe. Results The group of patients with operation time, intraoperative blood transfusion, gastrointestinal recovery time, pull out the drainage tube time and hospitalization time were better than that of group B patients, significant difference, statistical significance（P〈0.05）;The group of patients with effective rate, complication rate was better than that of group B, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of urinary tract diseases in department of urology is effective, and it is worth to be carried out in clinic.
