摘要
目的研究阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(obstructive sleep apnea syndrome,OSAS)患者认知损害与血清脑源性神经营养因子(brain derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)之间的关系。方法从鼾症门诊及呼吸科病房筛选OSAS患者60例,正常对照组患者20例,采用酶联免疫吸附法(enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)检测二组患者血清BDNF水平。结果 OSAS组的血清BDNF水平较正常对照组降低,血清BDNF水平与简明精神状态量表(Mini-Mental State Examination Scale,MMSE)中记忆力、语言能力、呼吸暂停低通气指数(apnea and hypopnea index,AHI)呈显著负相关;与定向力、注意力和计算力、回忆能力无相关性。OSAS组血清BDNF水平与MMSE总分无相关性。结论 OSAS患者的BDNF水平降低,提示BDNF可能参与OSAS患者认知损害的病理生理过程,是导致认知功能障碍机理之一。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the cognitive impairment of obstructive sleep apnea syndrom patients and brain derived neurotrophic factor. Methods 60 cases with obstructive sleep apnea syndrom in our hospital from were selected from snoring clinc and department of respiration, and 20 cases of normal control group also selected at the same time. The level of serum BDNF were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results The level of serum BDNF in the OSAS group was significantly lower than the normal control group. The level of serum BDNF was in significantly negatively correlation with memory, language ability in Mini-Mental State Examination Scale and respiratory pause hypopnea index, and it was no correlation with directional force, attention and computing power and memory capacity. The level of serum BDNF of OSAS group was also no correlation with total score of MMSE. Conclusion The levels of BDNF in OSAS group is significantly decreased, it is suggested that BDNF may be participate in the pathophysiological process of cognitive dysfunction in OSAS patients, lead to one of the mechanism of cognitive dysfunction.
