Objective To study the analysis of neoadjuvant chemoradiation clinical effect for the treatment of locally advanced lower rectal cancer. Methods Between January 2013 and January 2015, our hospital 100 cases of locally advanced lower rectal cancer patients were retrospectively analyzed the clinical data, according to the method of random divided into control group and observation group, 50 cases each. Control group, routine surgical treatment for the observation group of patients in preoperative chemoradiotherapy adjuvant therapy. Observe compared two groups of patients with adverse reactions, complications and therapeutic effect. Results The patients with the control group did not receive preoperative chemoradiotherapy, so no adverse reactions; Observation group of patients in 1 cases of adverse reactions, leading to delay 2 days, but no one to suspend the radiation and chemotherapy, and no deaths. Control group patients the incidence of postoperative complications was 40%, the observation group of patients the incidence of postoperative complications was 14%, compared with significant difference, statistically significant(P 0.05). Observation group of patients after treatment of anal sphincter function was better than control group, significant difference was found in comparison with statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion In locally advanced rectal cancer treatment, low application neoadjuvant chemoradiation therapy, can significantly reduce the postoperative complications, and is of great significance to improve the treatment effect.
