颈后路多种螺钉固定技术或组合应用手术治疗可复性寰枢椎不稳

Application of Cervical Posterior Multiple Screw Fixation Techniques or Combined in Surgical Treatment of Reversible Atlantoaxial Instability

目的对可复性寰枢椎不稳的颈后路多种螺钉固定或组合运用的手术方法进行探讨。方法对110例上颈椎不稳患者施行枕或寰枢椎后路钉棒(板)复位固定植骨融合技术。结果所有患者均顺利完成手术,未出现椎动脉破裂、脊髓损伤等并发症。结论针对可复性寰枢椎不稳的治疗中,选择合适的手术方式是有效治疗的基础。

Objective To idiscuss the surgical method of cervical posterior multiple screw fixation techniques or combined in treatment of reversible atlantoaxial instability. Methods 110 cases of atlantoaxial instability patients were treated with occipital or posterior atlantoaxial screw rod（plate） internal fixation and interbody fusion technology. Results All patients successfully completed operation, and there were no complications such as vertebral artery rupture and spinal cord injury. Conclusion For the treatment of reversible atlantoaxial instability, suitable operation method is the basis for effective treatment
