手术治疗移位的肱骨大结节骨折的临床效果研究

Clinical Effect of Surgical Treatment of Displaced Fractures of the Humerus With Large Nodules

目的探讨对移位的肱骨大结节骨折患者采用手术治疗的效果。方法回顾性分析2012年2月~2013年2月我院收治的肱骨大结节骨折患者35例,均进行手术治疗。观察患者手术治疗情况、并发症发生率以及肩关节评分等。结果所有患者均成功完成手术,伤口一期愈合,无严重并发症出现;经过6~28个月的随访,术后骨折完全愈合;采用Neer评分时,优良率高达92.85%。结论对移位的肱骨大结节骨折患者进行手术治疗时,首选方法为切开复位内固定,多从三角肌入路。对单纯大结节骨折患者采用关节镜治疗时主要适用于骨折块较小、移位小的患者。

Objective To study on the greater tuberosity displacement of the fracture were treated with operation therapy. Methods A retrospective analysis of the greater tuberosity of humerus in February 2012~February 2013 in our hospital 35 cases of patients with fracture, were treated by surgical operation. Observed in patients with operation treatment, the incidence of complications and shoulder score etc. Results All patients were successfully completed the operation, wound healing, no severe complications occurred, after 6~28 months of follow-up, fracture healed completely after operation, the Neer score, the excellent and good rate was as high as 92.85%. Conclusion The greater tuberosity displacement fracture were treated by operation, the preferred method for open reduction and internal fixation, the multi way from the deltoid muscle. The isolated greater tuberosity fractures were treated by arthroscopic treatment is mainly suitable for small displacement, small fracture patients.
