急性期高血压脑出血手术时机的临床效果分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of the Surgical Opportunity of Acute Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的分析研究急性期高血压脑出血患者的手术时机选择以及对治疗效果的影响。方法选取2011年1月~2015年1月的急性期高血压脑出血患者资料84例实施回顾性分析,按照患者发病到手术的时间将84例患者分为超早期组、早期组以及延迟组,将三组患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果超早期组患者恢复意识的时间相对比较快,手术之后患者出现肺部感染的几率低于早期组以及延迟组（P〈0.05）,具有统计学意义;超早期组以及早期组患者的日常生活能力评分高于延迟组患者（P〈0.05）,具有统计学意义。结论针对急性期高血压脑出血患者的手术时机选择,对患者预后的影响非常重大,应该在超早期为患者实施治疗。

Objective To study the choice of the surgical opportunity and the effect of the treatment for the patients with acute hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Form January 2011 to January 2015 the acute stage of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients with 84 cases were retrospectively analyzed, according to the time of onset to surgery will be 84 patients divided into ultra early group, the early group and delayed group, the therapeutic effect of three groups of patients compared. Results Ultra early group patients recovery time of consciousness is relatively fast and after surgery in patients with pulmonary infection risk was significantly lower than that of the early group and delayed group（P〈0.05）, with statistical significance, ultra early group and the group of patients with early activity of daily living score was significantly higher than that in the delayed group（P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion The choice of surgical timing for patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage, the prognosis of the patients is very important, should be in the early stage for the implementation of treatment.
