微创保胆取石术治疗胆结石手术效果及对患者生活质量的影响

Effect and Impact of Minimally Invasive Treatment of Biliary Lithotomy Gallstones Surgery on Patients Quality of Life

目的分析应用微创保胆取石治疗胆结石手术效果对患者的生活质量的影响效果。方法选取2013年4月~2014年8月期间我院收治的73例行胆结石手术的患者作为研究对象,将其按照不同的手术方式分为对照组（n=33）和观察组（n=40）,对照组患者应用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗,观察组患者应用微创保胆取石术治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组患者的生活质量评分差异无统计学意义,P〉0.05,治疗后,观察组患者的生活治疗评分高于对照组,与对照组比较,观察组患者的手术出血量少,术后住院时间短,差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论应用微创保胆取石治疗胆结石手术减少手术出血量,缩短了患者的住院时间,提高了患者生活质量。

Objective To analyze the application of minimally invasive surgery of gallstones in biliary lithotomy treatment bao effect influence on the quality of life of patients with effect. Methods To choose between April 2013 and August 2013 routine gall-stone operation of our hospital during the period of 73 patients as the research object, its according to the different ways of operation can be divided into control group（n=33） and observation group（n=40）, control group patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy treatment, observation group of patients the application of minimally invasive treatment of biliary lithotomy, bao compare the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients. Results Before treatment, the patient＇s quality of life scores similar between the two groups has no statistical significance, P0.05, after treatment, the treatment of life score in observation group of patients is higher than the control group, compared with the control group, the observation group of patients with surgery less blood loss, postoperative hospitalization time is short, the difference was statistically significant, P0.05. Conclusion The application of minimally invasive surgery of gallstones in biliary lithotomy treatment bao to reduce blood loss, shorten the patient＇s hospital stay, improve the patients quality of life.
