倒刺缝合在腹腔镜下肾部分切除术中对复杂性肾肿瘤的治疗效果观察

To Observe the Therapeutic Effect of Barbed Suture in Laparoscopic Partial Nephrectomy for Complex Renal Tumor

目的探讨倒刺缝合在腹腔镜下肾部分切除术对于复杂性肾肿瘤的治疗效果。方法随机选取于2013年10月~2014年12月在本院接受治疗的30例复杂性肾肿瘤患者采用腹腔镜下肾部分切除术治疗,术中均采用分层连续缝合。根据肾脏的缝合方法分为对照组和观察组。对照组共15例病患,采用传统的治疗方法 ;观察组为另外15例病患,采用倒刺缝合的方法进行治疗。结果观察组与对照组的手术时间分别为70 min和73 min,术中平均出血量分别为99 ml、112 ml,两组比较无显著意义（P〉0.05）。结论倒刺缝合在腹腔镜下肾部分切除术对于复杂性肾肿瘤的治疗非常有成效,可以减少手术出血量,降低热缺血时间。

Objective To investigate the effect of barbed suture in the treatment of laparoscopic partial nephrectomy for renal tumor complicated. Methods Randomly selected in October 2013 to 2014 December in our hospital accepted treatment of 30 cases of complex renal tumor patients by laparoscopic resection, operation adopts layered continuous suture. According to the renal suture method, the control group and observation group were divided into control group. Control group（n=15） disease patients treated by traditional methods, observation group and 15 patients disease patients by barbed suture method of treatment. Results The operation time of the observation group and the control group were 73 min and 70 min, the average blood loss was 99 ml, 112 ml, the comparison between the two groups was not significant（P〉0.05）. Conclusion A barbed suture in laparoscopic renal resection surgery for the treatment of complicated renal tumor very productive, can reduce the amount of operative bleeding, decrease the warm ischemia time.
