带锁髓内钉与加压钢板治疗胫骨中下段骨折的效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of Interlocking Intramedullary Nail and Compression Plate for the Treatment of Distal Tibial Fractures

目的探讨不同方法治疗胫骨中下段骨折的临床效果。方法 2012年6月~2014年7月在我院拟手术治疗胫骨中下段骨折的121例患者为研究对象,随机分为实验组（带锁髓内钉组）,观察组（加压钢板组）。随访半年观察两组患者的骨折愈合时间,踝关节功能。结果实验组在骨折愈合时间优于观察组,P〉0.05。实验组和观察组在踝关节功能方面比较,P〉0.05。结论带锁髓内钉与加压钢板治疗胫骨中下段骨折效果均较好,关节功能均未受到影响,但带锁髓内钉骨折愈合时间较快。

Objective To discuss the clinical effects of different methods for treatment of distal tibial fractures. Methods From June 2012 to July 2014, 121 patients with distal tibial fractures were planed to give treatment in our hospital. They were randomly divided into divided into experimental group（interlocking intramedullary nail group） and observation group（compression plate group）. They were given a follow-up observation on healing time and the function of ankle joint for half a year. Results In experimental group, the fracture healing time was significantly better than observation group, P〉0.05, there was difference. There was no difference when compared the ankle function between experimental group and the observation group, P〉0.05. Conclusion The effects of interlocking intramedullary nail and compression plate for the treatment of distal tibial fractures are better, the joint function is not affected, but the interlocking intramedullary nail method is faster for fracture healing.
