妇科手术患者合并糖尿病49例围手术期处理

Perioper Treatment of 49 Cases Gynecological Surgery Patients With Diabetes Mellitus

目的妇科疾病合并糖尿病与手术处理的临床经验分析。方法选取我科于2011年1月~2014年12月间来我院就诊的49例妇科疾病合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象,分析围手术期处理的经验。结果 49例中有46例切口Ⅰ期愈合,发生切口感染Ⅱ期愈合3例;其中肺部感染3例,3例术前没有念珠菌性阴道炎术后新发生念珠菌性阴道炎,其它无手术并发症。结论妇科糖尿病手术患者极易感染且感染不易控制,加强术前、术中、术后以及抗感染治疗处理,预防控制感染对减少并发症具有重要意义。
