牙齿脱敏剂治疗牙本质敏感症的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Teeth Desensitizer in Treatment of Dentin Hypersensitivity

目的观察奥敏清(牙齿脱敏剂)对牙本质敏感症的治疗效果。方法将57例120颗牙本质敏感的门诊患者随机各60颗的实验组和对照组,实验组使用奥敏清脱敏剂,对照组使用Gluma脱敏剂,比较两组的即刻疗效和一周后的疗效。结果实验组和对照组的即刻总有效率分别是90.0%和86.7%,1周后的总有效率分别是55.0%和53.3%,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论奥敏清脱敏剂和Gluma脱敏剂均是有效的脱敏剂,具有较好的临床效果。

Objective To observe the effect of Ominq dental desensitizer in treatment of dentin hypersensitivity. Methods 120 hypersensitivity teeth in 57 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 60 teeth in each group. Experimental group received Ominq dental desensitizer while control group accepted Gluma desensitization agent.To compare instant effect and curative effect after one week between two groups. Results The instant total effective rate of experimental group and control group was 90.0% and 86.7%, and the total effective rate after one week was 55% and 53.3%, differences had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Ominq dental desensitizer and Gluma desensitization agent are effective desensitization agents, and have better clinical effect.
