回顾性研究中医辨证疗法治疗46例骨质疏松症患者的临床疗效分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的对比分析使用中医辩证治疗、西医治疗、单纯补钙联合使用羟基化维生素D3治疗骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法本文选取本院2012年1月~2013年6月接受中医辨证治疗的46例骨质疏松症患者作为观察组,另选取同期接受西药治疗的42例患者作为对照组,选取同期接受治疗的40例患者为空白组,观察组与对照组患者均在空白组治疗基础上(补钙及羟基化维生素D3)给予中医辨证疗法及西医治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组病例的临床治疗总有效率(95.7%)与对照组(85.7%)相比,差异明显(P〈0.05),且治疗后两组患者骨密度均有明显增加,而观察组骨密度增加幅度优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论中医辨证疗法对于骨质疏松症可实现"标本兼治"之功效,可解决引起骨质疏松症的病因,治疗效果显著,患者耐受性较好,安全可靠。 Objective To Comparative analysis using dialectical treatment of TCM and western medicine treatment, pure calcium combined hydroxylation vitamin D3 clinical curative effect for the treatment of osteoporosis. Methods This article selects in our hospital in January 2012 to June 2013 treated with TCM syndrome differentiation in 46 patients with osteoporosis as observation group, the other selection during the same period the 42 cases treated with western medicine treatment as control group, select the same treatment as the blank group, 40 patients in observation group and control group patients were blank group therapy(calcium and hydroxylation vitamin D3) on the basis of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine therapy and western medicine treatment, compared two groups of patients with therapeutic effect. Results The clinical total effective rate of observation group cases(95.7%) compared with control group(85.7%) with significant difference(P〈0.05), and bone mineral density were significantly increased in both groups after treatment, bone mineral density increase rate is better than that of control group and observation group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation therapy for osteoporosis can achieve the effect of "curing", fundamentally solve the cause of osteoporosis and treatment effect is remarkable, patients better tolerability, safety and reliability.
