探讨脑血管病后肩手综合症的中西医结合治疗效果

Discussion Chinese and Western Medicine Combined for the Treatment of Shoulder-hand Syndrome After Cerebrovascular Disease

目的研究分析脑血管疾病后肩手综合征使用中西结合治疗的临床效果。方法根据2010~2012年我院接收的37例脑血管病后肩手综合征患者来进行研究分析,为这些患者使用中西结合治疗方式,观察临床治疗效果。结果根据37例患者接受中西结合治疗后的效果来看,共有15例显效、19例有效、3例无效,临床有效率是91.9%。结论脑血管病后肩手综合征患者使用中西医结合治疗的临床效果突出。

Objective To study the effect of shoulder-hand syndrome after cerebral vascular disease using Chinese and western medicine clinical. Methods Received 37 cases of cerebrovascular disease from 2012 to2013 in patients with shoulder-hand syndrome for research and analysis, the use of Chinese and Western combined treatment modality for these patients, Observation of clinical effect. Results 37 patients received combined treatment effect of Western point of view, a total of 15 cases were cured, 19 cases effective, 3 cases ineffective, clinical efficiency is 91.9%. Conclusion Shoulder-hand syndrome cerebrovascular disease using combination therapy clinical results highlight that can be widely used.
