摘要
目的评估在急性失血性休克的后期予以营养健康支持的临床效果。方法选取2013年9月~2014年8月我院收治的78例急性失血性休克的患者作为观察对象,按照数字表法进行分组,分为对照组(n=35)和营养组(n=43),对照组患者予以常规的护理干预,营养组患者在对照组的基础上予以营养健康支持,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果护理前,两组患者的生活质量总评分分别为(82.5±1.6)分、(81.8±1.5)分,两组患者的生活质量总评分比较,差异无统计学意义,P〉0.05,治疗后,对照组患者的生活质量评分低于营养组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论在急性失血性休克的后期予以营养健康支持能改善患者的生活质量,提高护理满意度,效果显著。
Objective To evaluate in the late stage of acute blood loss shock to support the clinical effect of nutritional health. Methods To choose between September 2013 and August 2013 our hospital during the period of 78 cases of patients with acute uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock as research object, according to figures grouped table method, divided into the control group(n=35), and fewer ten patients experienced septic complications(n=43), control group patients give routine nursing intervention, and fewer ten patients experienced septic complications of patients in the control group on the basis of support nutritional health, compare the nursing effect of two groups of patients. Results Before treatment, two groups of patients quality of life of the total score, respectively(82.5±1.6),(81.8±1.5) points, two groups compare quality of life of patients with a total score, there was no statistically significant difference, P〉0.05, after treatment, the control group in the patient's quality of life score below, and fewer ten patients experienced septic complications difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion In the late stage of acute blood loss shock to nutrition and health support can improve the patient's quality of life, improve nursing satisfaction, the effect is remarkable.
