摘要
目的评价健康教育对支气管哮喘患者的护理影响。方法将120例支气管哮喘患者随机分为观察组和对照组,两组患者均给予相同药物治疗措施。对照组患者实施常规支气管哮喘护理措施,观察组在此护理基础上从心理护理、饮食指导、用药指导、体育锻炼以及家庭支持等方面进行健康教育护理干预措施。结果观察组患者的哮喘发作的有效率显著高于对照组,并且满意率也显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育能够提高支气管哮喘患者临床治疗效果,减少患者发作,提高护理满意度。
Objective To evaluate the impact of health education on nursing patients with bronchial asthma. Methods 120 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into observation group and control group, patients were given the same drug treatment. Control group were given routine nursing care of bronchial asthma, Based on the above. While giving observation group health education nursing intervention, including psychological care, dietary advice, medication guide, exercise and family support, and soon. Conclusion Health education can improve the effect on clinical treatment of bronchial asthma, reducing seizures in patients, improve nursing satisfaction.
