摘要
目的探讨疼痛教育项目在晚期癌症患者疼痛管理中的应用效果。方法采取前瞻性研究的方法,将我院2014年6月~2015年1月收治的120例晚期肿瘤疼痛患者随机等分成对照组和观察组,对照组患者接受护士常规健康教育,观察组在常规健康教育基础上外加疼痛教育项目,评价两组患者的疼痛治疗结局及生活质量。结果对照组患者生活质量平均得分为（39.36±1.44）分,观察组为（44.90±1.53）分,两组间差异有统计学意义（P=0.004）。结论实施疼痛教育项目可以改善晚期癌症患者疼痛治疗结局,提高患者的生存质量。
Objective The study is to explore the efficacy of a paineducation program for treatment of advanced cancer. Methods In the prospective clinical controlled study, patients with advanced cancer from Jun. 2014 to Jan. 2015 in our hospital were divided randomly into observe group（n=60, treated with pain education program） and control group（n=60, treated with general heal education）. The pain treatment outcomes and quality of life in two groups were observed. Results The average score of quality of advanced cancer patient life in observe group（44.90±1.53） were improve compared with the control group（39.36±1.44）, it had significant differences（P=0.004）. Conclusion The pain education program can improve pain treatment outcomes and the quality of life for advanced cancer patients.
