摘要
目的探讨冷光源蓝光灯在治疗新生儿黄疸上的效果,总结护理经验,以提高新生儿的生存质量。方法本次80例新生儿黄疸研究病例,均选取于我院在2014年2月~2015年5月这一段时期内接收治疗的患儿,连续治疗8 d之后以临床症状改善情况作为评判本次治疗效果的依据。结果连续治疗8 d之后,80例新生儿黄疸患儿都痊愈。结论冷光源蓝光灯在治疗新生儿黄疸方面的效果较为显著,配合有效的护理可以提高治愈率。
Objective To study the cold light source, the effect of blue light on the treatment of neonatal jaundice, summarize nursing experience, in order to improve the life quality of the newborn. Methods 80 cases of neonatal jaundice research, are selected in our hospital in February 2014to May 2015 for a period of time in the children receiving treatment, 8 d after continuous treatment with clinical symptoms improve the situation as the basis of judging the therapeutic effect. Results After 8 d continuous treatment, 80 cases of neonatal jaundice were all healed. Conclusion Cold light blue light effect is more significant in the treatment of neonatal jaundice, with effective nursing care can increase the cure rate.
