摘要
目的探究舒适护理模式在住院病人护理中的应用。方法选取住院接受治疗患者,随机分为实验组以及对照组。实验组给予舒适护理,对照组给予常规护理。对2组患者经护理后的效果及护理满意度比较分析。结果实验组对护理的满意率大于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组完全依从率从24.00%上升为66.00%,不依从率由25.00%下降为10.00%,对照组完全依从率从23.00%上升至34.00%,不依从率无变化。两组相比,存在明显差异(P<0.05)。实验组经舒适护理后舒适度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对住院患者实施舒适护理,可以提高患者治疗效果,减少患者不良反应以及并发症的发生率,增加住院患者对护理人员护理的满意度。
Objective To explore the application of comfortable nursing mode in inpatient nursing. Methods Hospitalized patients were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. Experimental group received comfort care, control group received conventional care. Comparative analysis of the two groups after the effect and nursing care after satisfaction. Results The satisfaction rate for care than the control group（P〈0.05）. Experimental group full compliance rate rose from 24.00% to 66.00%, 25.00%, non-compliance rate decreased from 10.00% in the control group full compliance rate rose from 23.00 percent to 34.00 percent, unchanged from the rate of non-compliance. Compared the two groups, there are significant differences（P〈0.05）. After the experimental group score higher than comfort care comfort（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comfort care for patients hospitalized, can improve patient outcomes, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients and complications and higher hospital patient satisfaction with nursing care.
