摘要 布氏杆菌病(也称马尔他热)是由布氏杆菌感染引起的一种严重的人畜共患病。在不同的宿主细胞内生存时,布氏杆菌能建立布氏杆菌小体,从而躲避机体正常的免疫应答。本文主要综述了布氏杆菌对不同宿主细胞的侵袭及在胞内运输和复制等生存方式的研究进展。 Bacteria of the genus Brucella are gram-negative pathogens of several animal species that cause a zoonotic disease in humans known as brucellosis or Malta fever. Within their hosts, Brucella reside within different cell types where they establish a replicative niche and remain protected from the immune response.
