摘要
研究了正常供水CK(土壤水分含量为最大田间持水量的80%,下同)、轻度干旱胁迫P1(65%)、中度干旱胁迫P2(35%)、重度干旱胁迫P3(15%)4种处理方式下香木莲(Manglietia aromatica)的抗旱能力,对香木莲叶片光合指标和叶绿素荧光值进行了分析。结果表明:随着干旱强度的增强,香木莲的光合作用能力不断降低,Pmax、Tr、Gs不断下降。但Ci值在P2处理条件下达到最低,香木莲的光合能力降低,表明香木莲抗旱能力较弱;Fv/Fm、ΦPSⅡ值随着光照日变化会自我恢复到零晨水平,表明了香木莲在逆境条件下能够维持植物体内一定的光合作用,保证植物体自身的能量获取。
We studied the drought resistance ability of Manglietia aromatic with the normal water supply CK ( soil moisture content is 80%), mild drought stress (P1: 65%), moderate drought stress (P2: 35%), and severe drought stress (P3: 15%) at the same time, and determined the photosynthesis and chlorophyll of M. aromaticaa leaves. With the enhancement of drought stress, the photosynthesis ability of M. aromaticaa was decreased including Pmax, Tr and G. But, Ci reached the lowest under P2, the ability of photosynthetic descended, and the drought resistance of M. aromaticaa was weak. With the light change, Fv/Fm and ФPSⅡ were recovered on levels of early morning, and M. aromaticaa could keep on normal photosynthesis under stress conditions to ensure the plant body for energy gain.
