摘要
本文介绍了在石油化工装置工业管道定期检验过程中,壁厚测定精度对下一检验周期的影响,也就是0.1mm对检验结论的影响。提出如何相对准确的采集在用工业管道的壁厚数据,以及检验前期如何识别测量精度可能会对检验结论造成的影响。
During the industrial pipeline periodic inspection process of petrochemical plant,it is found that the thickness measurement accuracy would affect the inspection conclusion.This article proposes the measure to acquire accurate industrial pipes wall thickness data,as well as how to identify the impact of conclusions caused by inspection accuracy in pre-test measurement period.
