摘要
"以赛促学"教学模式有利于以英语学科教学的特殊性为切入点,通过提供大量的实践机会,激发职前英语教师对英语教学技能学习的内在需求,使其在技能培训中发挥自主学习能力。同时,"以赛促学"模式为职前教师提供展现自我、向他人学习的机会,并能客观反映出教学技能培养的质量,有助于指导教师不断调整教学技能培养的侧重点。总之,"以赛促学"教学模式是培养职前英语教师教学技能的有力助推器,有益于其将来从教时教师专业能力的发展。
The teaching mode of“Promoting Learning with Competition”contributes to taking the special features of English teach-ing as the starting point and stimulates student-teachers’ internal demand for English teaching skills and independent learning of English language teaching skills by offering lots of practice. Meanwhile,this teaching mode offers student-teachers opportunities to show their a-bility and learn from others. Moreover,it objectively reflects the results of teaching skills cultivation and facilitates the adjustment of teaching skill cultivation process. In a word,the teaching mode of“Promoting Learning with Competition”serves as an impetus for the cultivation of English student-teachers’ teaching skills and benefits their professional development in the future.
