摘要
2007年在扶余油田探40区块初次开展了热采试验,取得了非常好的效果。但也存在一些制约热采开发效果及安全因素,部分井发生汽窜,导致吞吐井加热半径缩小、热利用率降低,影响吞吐井的生产效果。为了提高热采效果,避免汽窜发生,开展了适合于扶余油田的复合体系调剖技术的研究。国内稠油油藏汽窜封堵技术的应用实践表明,单一的高温堵剂现场应用效果不理想,有效期短。因此考虑应用聚合物凝胶+预交联体膨性颗粒+粉煤灰/固化剂复合型高温汽窜封堵体系,并先期在实验室开展了复合调剖体系配伍性、抗温性、封堵性实验。在现场试验取得显著效果的基础上,2011~2013年,应用该项技术在探40区块、东9汽窜严重区块开展实施了复合封堵调剖应用,累计实施130口井,没有发生汽窜,平均单井日增油0.7t/d,平均单井累计年增油115t。
In 2007 thermal recovery was tested in Tan40 block of Fuyu oilfield first achieving very good results.But there are some factors constrain development effect and safety.Steam channeling occurred in partial wells ,which had influence on the development effect of steam huff-puff wells such as heating radius reduced and heat utilization efficiency decreased.In order to improve thermal recovery effect and avoid steam channel- ing,combined profile control technology suitable to Fuyu oilfield was researched.Application of plugging tech- niques for steam channeling in the domestic heavy oil reservoirs shows that the application results of a sin- gle high-temperature plugging agent in the field is not ideal with short validity.So combined plugging system for high-temperature steam channeling, polymer gel +precrosslinked swellable particle +ash/hardener, is tried to apply,and experiments of compatibility,temperature resistance and blocking of the combined profile control system were made first in the laboratory.Based on the obvious effect of field test,this technology was applied to the combined profile control in severe steam channeling blocks Tan40 and Dong9 in 2011-2013.No steam channeling occurred in 130 wells cumulatively.Average daily increased oil of single well was 0.7t/d and average yearly increased oil was 115t cumulatively.
