摘要
航空汽油是一种用于飞机的高辛烷值燃料,主要用于驱动小型往复式发动机的飞机,需要具备足够高的抗爆性能、足够低的冰点及较好的流动性,辛烷值要求更高、馏程范围更窄、蒸汽压更低,有潜在胶质的限制要求,更洁净,且在存储中也不能产生胶质,同时需要产生足够高的能量。目前,我国航空汽油产业发展存在的主要问题是:产品业务量小、产品质量低、资源供应不足、销售渠道混乱、航油保障设施不完备等。随着未来我国通用航空业和国防工业的快速发展,航空汽油将有较大的市场需求,100LL和UL91等高品质航空汽油将成为未来市场需求的主体。无铅化一直是航空汽油产业发展的目标,预测到2020年,我国航油业务量将达到250kt,行业相关主管部门应尽早升级航空汽油国家标准,指导企业生产高品质清洁航空燃料。航空汽油替代燃料的潜在方向有:使用柴油;使用航空煤油;使用车用汽油。
Aviation gasoline is a high-octane fuel used by airplanes,which is primarily used to drive small plans equipped with reciprocating engines.The fuel needs to have strong enough anti-knock properties,low enough freezing point,good fluidity ,higher octane number,narrower distillation range and lower vapor pressure The fuel has limitations on potential gum and is cleaner.No gum should be produced during storage.In addi- tion,high enough energy should be produced.The main challenges faced by China's aviation gasoline industry include low business volume relating to products ,low product quality ,undersupply of resources ,disorderly sales channels and insufficiency of jet fuel guarantee facilities.As the general aviation industry and the national de- fense industry grow,there will be great market demand for aviation gasoline.High-quality aviation gasoline products,such as 100LL and UL91,will be the main products needed in the market.Lead-free products have long been the targets of the aviation gasoline industry.The volume of aviation fuels traded in China by 2020 is expected to reach 250kg.The relevant authorities should upgrade the national standard for aviation gasoline as soon as possible and encourage producers to make high-quality clean jet fuels.Potential alternatives to aviation gasoline include diesel fuel;kerosene and auto-use gasoline.
