芪戟胶囊治疗阴茎勃起功能障碍的疗效观察

Observation of curative effect by Qiji capsules in the treatment of erectile dysfunction

目的探讨芪戟胶囊治疗阴茎勃起功能障碍(ED)的临床疗效及价值。方法 60例阴茎勃起功能障碍患者,随机分为用药组(服用芪戟胶囊)30例,对照组(服用安慰剂)30例。在筛选期、治疗后8周分别填写国际勃起功能指数评分(IIEF-5),对比两组疗效。结果用药组临床总有效率为73.33%,对照组为43.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论芪戟胶囊应用于临床改善阴茎勃起功能障碍是安全、有效、使用方便的药物,值得推广。

Objective To investigate clinical effect and value of Qiji capsules in the treatment of erectile dysfunction（ED）. Methods A total of 60 patients with erectile dysfunction were randomly divided into medication group（receiving Qiji capsules） with 30 cases and control group（receiving placebo） with 30 cases. International index of erectile function（IIEF-5） scores were taken in screening period and after 8 weeks of treatment. Curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate was 73.33% in the medication group and 43.33% in the control group. Their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Qiji capsules is safe, effective and convenience for clinical improvement of erectile dysfunction, and it is worthy of promotion.
