金水宝胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能的影响研究

Research of influence by Jinshuibao capsules on pulmonary function in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients

目的探讨金水宝胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者肺功能、六分钟步行试验(6 MWT)和圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)评分的影响。方法慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者100例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各50例。两组均给予常规治疗,治疗组给予金水宝胶囊口服。对比干预后肺功能、六分钟步行距离(6 MWD)和SGRQ评分等指标变化。结果经过干预后,SGRQ评分包括呼吸症状、活动能力、疾病影响以及总评分和6 MWD结果均较干预前改善(P<0.05),治疗组患者的改善程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后治疗组患者的第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、第1秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量的百分比(FEV1/FVC)和第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1%pred)均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者总有效率94%;对照组患者总有效率76%,治疗组患者疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.353,P<0.05)。结论金水宝胶囊能明显改善稳定期COPD患者肺功能各项指标,提高六分钟步行距离,降低SGRQ评分,减少气道阻塞程度,防止支气管痉挛,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate influence by Jinshuibao capsules on pulmonary function, six minutes walking test （6MWT）, and St. George respiratory questionnaire （SGRQ） score in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） patients. Methods A total of 100 chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 50 cases in each group. Both groups received conventional treatment, and the treatment group received oral administration of Jiushuibao capsules. Changes of pulmonary function, six minutes walking distance （6MWD）, and SGRQ score were compared after intervention. Results Comparing with those before intervention, there were improvements in respiratory symptoms, mobility, sickness influence in SGRQ scores, their total scores, and 6MWT outcomes after intervention （P〈0.05）. The treatment group had higher degree in improvement than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. After intervention, the treatment group had all better forced expiratory volume in 1 second （FEV1）, percentage of forced expiratory volume in 1 second in forced vital capacity （FEV1/FVC）, and percentage of forced expiratory volume in 1 second in predicted value （FEVl%pred） than the control group, and their differences had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Total effective rate was 94% in the treatment group and 76% in the control group. The treatment group had much better curative effect than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance （χ^2=6.353, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Jinshuibao capsules can remarkably improve pulmonary function index, six minutes walking distance, and reduce SGRQ score, degree of airway obstruction, and prevent bronchospasm. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
