血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10在儿童肺炎支原体肺炎中的应用价值

Application value of serum TNF-α, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10 in children mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia

目的对血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)和白细胞介素-10(IL-10)浓度在儿童肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)中的应用价值进行探讨。方法 90例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿作为肺炎组,其中轻症组50例,重症组40例;100例健康体检儿童作为对照组,对比肺炎组与对照组血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8和IL-10指标及轻症组与重症组血清中的各因子浓度。结果对照组与肺炎组治疗前血清中TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8和IL-10浓度差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);肺炎患儿轻症组与重症组血清中IL-10浓度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),TNF-α、IL-6及IL-8浓度均显著低于重症组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8和IL-10指标同肺炎支原体感染有一定的相关性,并且同MPP病情程度有着密切关系,能够作为临床诊断、治疗及预后评价指标。

Objective To investigate application value of serum tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α）, interleukin-6（IL-6）, interleukin-8（IL-8）, interleukin-10（IL-10） in children mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia（MPP）. Methods A total of 90 children with children mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia were taken as pneumonia group. Among them, there were 50 cases in mild group and 40 cases in severe group. There were 100 healthy children as control group. Serum TNF-α, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10 concentrations in all groups were compared. Results Before treatment, there were statistical significant differences of serum TNF-α, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10 concentrations between the control group and the pneumonia group（P〈0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference of serum IL-10 between the mild group and the severe group（P〉0.05）. They had much lower TNF-α, IL-6, IL-8 than the severe group, and their differences had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. ConclusionSerum TNF-α, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10 have certain correlation with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia, and they are closely correlated with MPP degree. They can be used as evaluation indexes for clinical diagnosis, treatment and prognosis.
