正骨理筋联合鹿瓜多肽注射液治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

Observation of curative effect by bone-setting and tendon-regulation combined with cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection in the treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc

目的探讨正骨理筋联合鹿瓜多肽注射液治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法 100例腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各50例。对照组采用正骨理筋复位及常规理疗治疗,治疗组在正骨理筋复位、常规理疗基础上进行静脉滴注鹿瓜多肽注射液治疗。观察比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组治疗总有效率98%优于对照组88%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用正骨理筋疗法联合鹿瓜多肽注射液治疗腰椎间盘突出症,能有效缓解疼痛,疗效确切。

Objective To investigate curative effect by bone-setting and tendon-regulation combined with cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection in the treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods A total of 100 patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received bone-setting and tendon-regulation and conventional physiotherapy. The treatment group received additional cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection through intravenous drip for treatment. Curative effects of the two groups were observed and compared. ResultsThe treatment group had better total effective rate as 98% than 88% of the control group, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of bone-setting and tendon-regulation combined with cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection can effective relieve pain with precise effect in treating prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.
