不同麻醉方式对老年患者术后麻醉恢复期的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析不同麻醉方式对老年患者术后麻醉恢复期的影响。方法 105例行手术治疗的老年患者,随机分为全身麻醉(全麻)组、局部麻醉(局麻)组与硬膜外麻醉(硬麻)组,各35例。对三组患者麻醉效果及认知功能障碍发生情况进行分析。结果全麻组麻醉效果最佳,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组患者术前、术后1 d及术后5 d时MMSE评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),全麻组认知功能障碍发生率显著高于局麻组与硬麻组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与局麻、硬麻相比,全麻对老年手术患者术后麻醉恢复期的认知功能影响最大,在为老年患者展开手术治疗时,应根据其实际情况选取适当麻醉方式,促进患者术后麻醉恢复。
