摘要
介绍了几种新型甲烷化反应器及其系统的研究。所述系统均包括1个甲烷化反应器、至少1个吸附剂再生器和至少1个位于反应器中的反应吸附区,在反应吸附区中同时存在甲烷化反应催化剂颗粒和能吸附CO2与硫化物气体的吸附剂颗粒。几种新型甲烷化反应器中,反应吸附区呈现不同的结构和工作原理。
Several novel methanation reactors are introduced in this study. Each system comprises a methanation reactor,at least one sorbent regenerator and at least one reaction-sorption zone within the reactor. The methanation catalyst particles and sorbent particles are capable to adsorb CO2 and sulfide gas in the reaction-sorption zone at the same time. In addition, there are different structures and operation mechanism in reaction-sorption zones for these novel methanation reactors.
