文章基于对下数据时代和网络科学的分析,论述了新兴信息技术发展应用背景下管理科学的思维变革和方法创新,提出合理科学要注重运用网络科学来研究复杂系统问题,要注重基于大数据的分析与研究。研究表明,我们进入"互联网—大数据时代"的同时,也迎来了管理科学新时代。以互联网、物联网,云计算,大数据和网络科学为代表的新兴信息技术广泛的应用,给管理科学带来了新的挑战。

This article discusses the thinking changes and methodology innovations on management science under the background of development and applications of the new information technology, based on analysis of big data era and net- work science.h proposes that management science should attach more importance to using network science to solve complex system problems,and pay more attention to analysis based on big data and research of decision-making methods.h is con- cluded that we have stepped into the era of ＂Internet-Big data＂era and also the new time of management science.
