摘要
基层主官担负基层工作的组织和落实,其军事任职行为,贯穿和体现在实际的军事管理工作中,是实现较高基层组织绩效重要基础,也是部队发展的有力支撑。针对基层军事训练和军事任务的需要,基于个体心理特征的理论视角,从牢固责任心、创新工作方式、开展团队合作、锻造军事本领、开发心理资本的五个方面,提出并论述了我军基层主官任职行为的五维度模型,研究表明:基层主官五维度任职行为模型,为提升基层主官任职能力,提高基层组织战斗力提供了理论支持和有效途径。
Basic-level organizations and officers are responsible for the implementation of basic work. Their military working behavior, reflected in the actual military management work, is an important foundation for the improvement of ef- fectiveness of basic organizations and also strong support for the development of military. This paper aims to meet the needs of the basic military training and military missions based on theoretical perspective of individual psychological char- acteristics, and presents a five-dimensional model of behavior from firm sense of responsibility, innovative ways of working, carrying out teamwork, and forging military skills. The research indicates that basic-level commanders' five dimensional working behavior model will provide theoretical support and effective means for the promotion of basic-level commanders' working, caoacitv and the combat Bower of the basic-level organization.
