产业层次提升对城乡居民收入差距的影响——基于省级面板数据的实证分析

Empirical Research on the Effect of Industrial Level Promotion in Urban- Rural Residents Income Gap

文章旨在研究我国产业结构优化、升级过程中收入分配领域存在的问题,降低收入分配差距过大对经济增长和社会稳定的不利影响。运用1993—2013年省级数据,构建泰尔指数、产业层次系数,通过实证模型分析产业层次提升对城乡居民收入差距的影响。研究结果表明:产业层次提升总体上能够显著缩小城乡居民收入差距,全国及三大区域产业层次系数增长率与城乡居民收入差距增长率呈倒U型关系。全国及西部就业人员受教育程度与城乡居民收入差距显著负相关,东部对外开放水平与城乡居民收入差距显著正相关,全国及三大区域金融机构信贷规模影响不显著。最后从产业层次视角提出缩小城乡居民收入差距的政策建议。

This study is aimed at looking into the problems existing in the field of income distribution along with optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,and reducing the income distribution gap for the negative impact on economic growth and social stability. This article uses provincial panel data from 1993 to 2013,constructs theil index and industry level coefficient,and analyzes the impact of the industry level promotion on urban-rural income gap by empirical models. Empirical findings indicate that industry level coefficient growth rate of the nation and three area were inverted U-shaped relationship with urbanrural income gap. The education level of employment in the nation and western area was correlated negative with the urban-rural income gap. The opening degree of eastern area was significantly positive related to the urban-rural income gap. Financial institutions credit scale of the nation and three regions had no significant impact on the urban-rural resident income gap. Consequently,the paper provides the relevant suggestions to narrow the income gap.
