摘要
为了准确掌握钢-混凝土组合空腹夹层板剪力键节点及支座处上下肋的受力特性,建立了壳-实体单元精细化有限元模型。选取一块平面尺寸12×12m的正交正放钢-混凝土组合空腹夹层板,考虑材料的非线性影响。根据精细化的有限元法计算结果可知,剪力键节点在不同位置受力有很大差别,但均受力合理,而支座处空腹截面则容易产生应力集中,如果做成实腹截面则受力合理,且能很好地控制变形。
In order to know the stress characteristics of the steel concrete composite hollow sandwich plate shear key joints and the support at the upper and lower ribs,the fine finite element model of the shell and solid element is established. A flat panel of 12 × 12 m was chosen for the composite hollow sandwich plate with a flat size,and the material nonlinearity is considered. According to the fine finite element method calculation shows that stress of shear keys to nodes at different positions are very different,but are accepting reasonable,and bearing hollow section is easy to produce stress concentration,if made of solid web section force is reasonable,and can well control the deformation.
