摘要
通过全面分析发动机转子平衡测量系统中各类误差的特点和来源,提出了能够反映测量系统稳定性综合误差的概念。从判定原则、试验设计以及数据分析方法方面详细阐述了转子平衡测系统稳定性分析模型的建立方法。试验结果表明,该方法能够评价转子平衡测量系统的稳定性。通过对综合误差的实时监控,能够及时发现平衡系统存在的问题,并通过改善测量方式、优化装配工艺等方法进行持续改进,从而达到对航空发动机转子平衡工艺进行优化的目的。
After analyzing each characteristic and source of aero-engine rotor balancing measurement system entirely, the concept of integrative error in relfecting the stability of measurement system was advocated. And then the conforming methods of integrative error from deifnition principle, test designation and data analysis in detail were introduced. Test results indicated this application was able to evaluate the stability of rotor balancing system. The existing problems of balance system could be found in time, and by improving the measurement mode, optimize the assembly process and other methods of continuous improvement, so as to achieve the purpose of optimization of aero-engine rotor balancing technology.
