城市土地利用与交通容量协调关系研究

Research on relationship between urban land use and traffic capacity coordination

以研究城市交通供给能力为出发点,主要从动态、静态两方面对交通容量进行了分析,探讨了交通与土地利用协调发展的措施,指出通过合理的用地组合模式和土地开发容积率,可使得土地利用与城市交通协调发展;通过增加交通基础设施供给和优化交通组织,可使得交通更好的服务区域未来土地开发利用。

From the research on the urban traffic supply ability, the paper analyzes the traffic capacity from the dynamic and static aspects, ex- plores the coordinative development measures of the traffic and land use, points out the reasonable land use combined model and land develop- ment volume ratio so enhance the coordinative development between land use and urban traffic, and indicates the future land use at traffic service zones can be bitterly used by increasing traffic infrastructure and optimal traffic organization.
