摘要
从哈尔滨老领事馆的使用现状出发,分析了该类建筑的再生意义,多角度介绍了哈尔滨老领事馆的历史作用及其演变轨迹,并探究了哈尔滨老领事馆对哈尔滨城市文化、服务半径升级、城市经济繁荣等方面的影响,根据已有的政策提出了相关规划管理的建议。
From the status of the old consulate of Harbin, the paper analyzes the meaning of the architectural rehabitation, introduces the historic role and evolution of the consulate, researches its influence on the urban culture, upgrade of service radius, and urban prosperity, and points out related suggestions for the planning management according to existing policies.
