摘要
针对红庆梁煤矿主斜井现有支护体系中存在着支护成本较高、支护效果差、掘进速度慢等问题,在确保巷道安全稳定的前提下,将主斜井目前的"锚—网—喷"联合支护体系更改为"锚—喷—网—U型钢支架"联合支护体系,并对支护参数进行了优化,在保证巷道稳定的前提下,减少了锚杆锚索的数量,节约了成本,加快了掘进速度。
In light of current support system problems of main incline shaft of Hongqingliang coal mine, such as high support cost, poor support effect and slow tunneling speed and so on, in the premise of guaranteeing roadway safety, it transforms current "anchor-network-spraying" joint support system into "anchor-spraying-network-U-style steel" joint support system, and optimizes support parameters. In the premise of ensuring roadway stability, it reduces anchor cable quantity, saves cost and speeds up tunneling speed as well.
