洞庭湖区超长钻孔灌注桩施工技术研究

Research on construction technique of super-long bored pile at Dongtinghu District

为解决湖区复杂工程地质条件下的超长桩施工关键技术问题,依托洞庭湖区某高速公路超长桩施工工程,总结了塌孔、缩颈及断桩的成因,分析了土质、水、施工工艺及施工机械对成桩质量的影响,提出了湖区超长桩施工技术及突发事故的应急对策。

In order to solve the key technical problems of the super-long bored pile at lake districts with complicated engineering geological condi- tions, the paper sums up the reasons for the hole collapse, necking down and broken-pile at the super-long bored pile along some expressway at Dongtinghu District, analyzes the influence of the soil quality, water, construction craft and construction mechanism on the pile quality, and points out the emergency strategies for the construction technique and accidents of super-long pile at the lake districts.
