摘要
对由于设计失误造成的某高层住宅入口处钢筋混凝土楼梯梁下的净空过低的问题进行了研究,采取了混凝土梁切割拆除及粘钢加固的措施对其进行了改造加固,在保证楼梯梁安全承载的前提下,增加了梁底净空,改善了楼梯间使用状况,可为同类工程提供借鉴。
The paper researches the low clearance of reinforced concrete stair stringer at entrances of high-rise buildings caused by the design er- rors, adopts the measures of the concrete beam cutting, demolishment and steel bonding to undertake the reconstruction and consolidation, so as to increase the beam bottom clearance and improve the uses of the stair rooms by ensuring the safety loading of the floor beams, and provide some reference for similar projects.
