Discussion on construction energy conservation research status at home and abroad

根据当前国际能源消耗情况及建筑能耗所占比重,对国内外建筑节能发展概况及研究现状进行了阐述,指出了国内建筑节能技术存在发展缓慢、区域发展不平衡、缺乏监督管理等问题,列举了国外建筑节能的前瞻性政策及可借鉴措施,同时,整理了国内外重要的阶段性研究成果。

The article according to the situation of the current international energy consumption and building energy consumption accounted, for building energy saving development survey and research status at home and abroad, points out that the slow development of domestic building en- ergy efficiency technology, imbalance of regional development, and problems such as lack of supervision and management, listed a forward-loo- king policy of building energy saving, and can draw lessons from abroad. At the same time, the important phases of research results at home and abroad were reviewed.
