摘要
根据高速公路服务配套房建工程的特点,结合多年从事高速公路房建工程监理工作的实践经验,就如何抓好房建工程的监理工作进行了分析探讨,并从监理队伍建设、项目现场管理、与建设各方沟通协调等方面进行了论述,为工程的顺利进行创造有利的条件。
According to the features of the housing projects with expressways, the paper analyzes how to monitor the housing construction by com- bining with the experience for the monitoring of the housing projects on expressways, and indicates from the monitoring team construction, pro- gram site management, and coordination with other construction parties, so as to provide some favorable conditions for projects.
