Referring to the meaning of optimizing the fireproof design at the unit-style high-rise residential buildings, the paper has the profound research from the speeding fire spreading, difficulties in evacuation and extinguishing, and various fire hidden hazards of the fireproof design of the building, and points out some strategies and solutions, so as to ensure the safety of the high-rise buildings.
