从房屋建筑工程项目管理业主方的角度出发,对投资管理、合同管理、质量管理、进度管理、安全管理、资料管理、信息化管理等项目全过程管理进行了分析,提出了各环节的管理意见,以促进业主方对项目的有效管控。
From the management owner in the housing architectural programs, the paper analyzes the management of all kinds of stages, including the investment management, contract management, quality management, progress management, safety management, document management, and informationized management, and points out some suggestions, so as to enhance the effective management and control over the programs.
