摘要 介绍了BIM的发展历程以及BIM技术的优势,对高职院校开设BIM课程的必要性和可行性进行了研究,并分析了BIM技术对土建类学生的就业影响,指出BIM技术是未来建筑领域应用和发展的趋势。 The paper introduces the development of BIM technique and its advantages, researches the necessity and feasibility for BIM courses in vocational colleges, analyzes its influence on students majored in civil engineering, and points out its application and development tendency in future.
