摘要
研究生知识创新是指研究生在读期间发现新问题、提出新观点、构建新方法或生产新知识的活动,其实质是隐性知识与显性知识之间的相互转化。本项研究通过问卷来获取研究生个人基本信息,研究生知识创新基础、行为、存在问题与原因以及研究生对知识创新的建议。问卷调查结果的比较分析显示,研究生本人、导师、学校以及图书馆在提升研究生知识创新能力方面,均可以发挥各自不可替代的作用。
Graduates' knowledge innovation implies the activities that graduates discover new prob-lems, put forward new viewpoints, structure new methods, or produce new knowledge before graduation.Graduates' knowledge innovation means the mutual change between tacit knowledge and explicit knowl-edge in substance. We obtain the information which involves graduates' identities, basis, behavior, prob-lems and reasons of graduates' knowledge innovation, and proposals concerning graduates' knowledge in-novation by questionnaire in this research. The comparative analysis of the questionnaire results revealsthat graduates, tutors, universities and libraries can play a distinctive role to strengthen graduates' knowl-edge innovation.
